WiP

Hello all,

I am currently working on my double sided quilt as you go quilt and it is driving me up the wall. It is always a risk doing a QAYG as attaching the blocks an be so tricky and sometimes I get lts of wrinkles in the strip that covers the edges of the blocks.

Oh well, I'll just have to stick to small baby quilts as that seems to be the only thing I can do. Our place is o tiny that I can never make a larger sized quilt, well unless I use the QAYG method which on't always turn out well.

So annoying.

I will show you the end result once it is finished and let you be the judge, but I am a bit disappointed with this one.

Lots of love.

  1. Oh Nadine, Ive been reading and have you on my blog roll for years but have not commented before but I must tell you that it looks beautiful!! I am with you, I love making a baby quilt, especially a baby girl quilt because they are smaller and I believe will get the most use, and you can really put your all into something small!

  2. Why don't you try making a lap size quilt. Hand quilt it on a hoop! This quilt is lovely, don't sell yourself short. You do great work.
